David & Brittany |A Kentucky Farm Wedding

Oct 21, 2019

Several months ago I had the honor of capturing David & Brittney’s engagement session on their beautiful farm in Carlisle, Kentucky. It was an amazing day that was not only to celebrate their upcoming marriage but also their sweet baby girl that was soon to be born.

Brittany was glowing the entire shoot which made me even more excited for their upcoming wedding. I knew their little addition would be a big part of their wedding day!

Everything went great during their engagement session until it was time for me to leave. I accidentally hit and knocked over their mailbox! Yes, I was extremely embarrassed! However, they assured me it had happened before and they had just bought a new mailbox the week before. So I guess with my help they had to put it up sooner than later. LOL!
Lets fast forward to David and Brittany’s wedding day. I cannot say enough kind words about this beautiful couple and family! From the moment I arrived at the wedding I felt right at home and welcomed with the warmest hugs from everyone. It was a perfect fall day and it seriously reminded me of a Hallmark movie!

Little Miss Lucy was born and she was such a special part of their wedding day. From photos of Brittany getting her ready, to being the sweet flower girl, all the way to a father daughter dance with David and Lucy at the reception. They made sure she was a special part of the day throughout!

Brittany had planned every little detail so perfectly to fit their style and personality. The guys wore camouflage vest and the girls wore cowgirl boots. They had deer horns for centerpieces and the cutest hay bales set up for the ceremony. The day was filled with so many special moments for the family and I am so honored I got to be a part of such an amazing day!

David and Brittney thank you so much for choosing me to be a part of your day. I hope you had the time of your life in Hawaii. Enjoy a few of my favorites from your amazing day!
