I have looked forward to Brett and Sarah’s wedding for months. Brett has been a groomsman in several weddings I’ve photographed, so seeing him finally have his special day with his stunning bride felt incredibly special. Getting to chat with Sarah in the months leading up to the big day, I knew it was going to be one for the books.

On the wedding day, I arrived at a beautiful, brand-new Airbnb where Sarah and her bridesmaids were getting ready. The sun was shining, the weather was perfect with a cool breeze, and the view of Kentucky was breathtaking. Inside, laughter and joy filled the house as the girls made wonderful memories together.

At the venue, Brett and his many groomsmen were also celebrating as they prepared for the big day. Brett’s presence in so many of my past weddings meant it was no surprise to see him surrounded by an abundance of friends. Seeing many of my past brides and grooms as part of this wedding made it even more special. These guys sure know how to have a good time and were there to celebrate their wonderful friend.

As the ceremony began at the I Do Barn, the emotions peaked when Brett saw Sarah for the first time. It was a moment filled with love and joy that we will all cherish forever. The way they looked at each other is what everyone dreams of finding in a partner.

After the ceremony, we spent time capturing couple photos. Brett and Sarah made my job so easy; they were not only stunning but naturals behind the camera. Once the photos were done, the real party began. The reception was an absolute blast, with everyone smiling, dancing, and filling the dance floor all night. Heartfelt speeches and special moments with grandparents and family members added a wonderful touch to the celebration.
