From the moment I pulled through the beautiful gates of Macey’s family horse farm, I knew this session was going to be something extraordinary. The tree-lined drive, golden light filtering through the leaves, horses peacefully roaming in the distance—it was the kind of place that already feels like a love story before you even pick up the camera.

Macey and Jordan welcomed me with their sweet, easygoing energy, and we kicked things off with a stroll around the property in their first outfit. The soft evening light wrapped around them like a hug, and watching them laugh and love on their doggies while we explored the land that means so much to Macey—it was something special.

But it was their second look that truly stopped me in my tracks.

They changed into a formal outfit, and out came Macey’s vintage Thunderbird—gifted to her by her parents. The moment that car rolled into view, everything felt like a scene from a classic movie. Elegant, timeless, and full of character. We popped champagne, soaked up every bit of the dreamy glow left in the sky, and created some of my all-time favorite images.

This session had it all: love, legacy, beauty, and a little bit of sparkle. It was one of those evenings that made me stop and just feel—so grateful for this job, for clients like Macey and Jordan, and for the stories I get to help tell.

This one pulled at my heartstrings in every way, and I’ll be reliving it for a long time.
