Chloe and Malcolm’s wedding day at The Ruby Cora couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we pulled up, the sun was sparkling down over the rolling hills, and there was this calm yet excited energy in the air. Everyone was buzzing with joy as they got ready for the big day.
The warm, earthy color palette and elegant décor created the most stunning atmosphere — timeless, romantic, and full of heart. I was especially excited for this wedding because Chloe and Malcolm already held such a special place in my heart after their engagement session. They’re the kind of couple who make you feel like you’ve been friends for years — so kind, genuine, and full of love.
Inside the bridal suite, the day unfolded beautifully. Chloe shared the sweetest moment with her mom as she slipped into her gown, her maid of honor helping with her veil, and her bridesmaids gathered around for those precious finishing touches. One of my favorite moments of the morning was her first look with her grandma — full of tears, smiles, and so much emotion.
Meanwhile, across the hall, Malcolm was getting ready with his groomsmen and family. The room was filled with laughter, celebration, and that contagious excitement that comes right before you marry your best friend.
When it was time for the ceremony, everything came together flawlessly. The flowers were perfectly in place, and the golden sun glowed softly over the venue. As Chloe walked down the aisle with her parents, all eyes were on her — but none more full of emotion than Malcolm’s. The joy and love in his expression was something every bride dreams of.
After the ceremony, we took some time for couple’s portraits — and honestly, it was pure magic. The light was golden, the air was warm, and Chloe and Malcolm just radiated happiness. You could feel the love between them in every laugh, every look, every touch.
While guests enjoyed cocktail hour, we explored the property and captured the most beautiful, joy-filled moments of just the two of them soaking in their first sunset as husband and wife.
As guests entered the reception space, jaws dropped. The décor was breathtaking — each detail lovingly and thoughtfully created, many handmade by the bride herself. The evening kicked off with a live band that kept the energy high all night long.
Dinner was followed by heartfelt toasts that had everyone laughing one moment and wiping away tears the next. One moment that stood out to me was during Malcolm’s mom’s speech. She shared a story from his childhood about how his teacher would move him around the classroom because he made such a positive impact on every student he sat next to — a story that perfectly captured the kind of person he is. And that night, it was so clear how deeply Chloe and Malcolm are loved, and how they make everyone around them feel valued and seen.
The night ended with a packed dance floor, joyful smiles, and endless laughter. The bride and groom danced surrounded by their friends and family — a perfect ending to a day that was nothing short of magical.
Chloe and Malcolm, it was truly an honor to capture your love story. Your day was filled with so much beauty, joy, and heart — a reflection of the two of you.
